"The room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean. We were lucky enough to see rainbows three times during our 8-night stay, and one was even a double rainbow – a first for me! A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!"

"I met many people in Saipan and they were all kind, but the most fun and kind person was the owner of Saipan Shining Star Hotel! He answered my questions and requests right away, recommended Korean taxis, and told me about good restaurants!! Also, the hotel offers pick-up/drop-off service, and most importantly, the view from the room was so good, and the ocean was right behind me, so I could go see the ocean whenever I wanted!!! Plus, there was a market right next door, so I could buy what I needed right away, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Garapan, so there was no reason not to choose this hotel~ And the interior of the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable! It was an environment that I just wanted to stay in Saipan, so I was sad to go back to Korea!! This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Saipan!!"

"This hotel was recommended to me by a friend who loves it, and I stayed here for the first time. I emailed various questions about transportation and other matters, and received prompt, helpful responses, which put me at ease. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially Melody. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00, with five options. It's catered by the affiliated Majesty Restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation the day before. On the first day, I didn't have a reservation, and I wanted to eat early before going diving, so I rushed. I tried two dishes, both of which were delicious! The shumai that came with the Chinese room was absolutely delicious! The toilet in the room does not flush toilet paper. Toilet paper must be disposed of in the provided trash can. The shower door doesn't fit properly, so water leaks outside the shower, so it's best to place your bath mat a little further away. There are signs on the wall in the shower stall that say "body soap" and "shampoo," but there's very little in them. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, but it's best to bring your own. The shower water pressure is strong and good. There is a kettle, but no coffee cups in the room (only glasses), so if you want a hot drink, it's best to bring your own paper cup. The room is cleaned daily, but only the bed is made; the sheets and covers are not changed. (Maybe it was because we were staying for three nights.) The air conditioning wasn't working well, so I checked the filter and found it was full of dust! After cleaning the filter, it worked much better. (This is common in other hotels in Saipan, so be sure to check the filter if the air conditioning isn't working.) Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Saipan. Thank you for your help!"
