大半夜到塞班，選擇綠洲來過渡一晚，老闆娘很好溝通，幫忙推薦了靠譜熱情的接機大姐，早上起來發現老闆娘的小院很漂亮，有貓，有海風，有各種顏色的三角梅。從小院到海邊也就五分鐘不到，海景超美，白沙灘，也沒啥人。強烈推薦。

가격대비 만족합니다. 건물은 좀 낡았지만 주인 아주머니가 내부를 까끔하게 관리하고 있었습니다. 저희는 새벽 비행기여서 마지막날 잠깐 쉬다가 나가려고 예약했는데 새벽 두시인데도 문앞까지 나와서 길도 알려주시고 친절하게 배웅 해주셨어요. 제가 중국어를 할줄 알아서 소통하는데는 크게 문제가 없었어요...단지 1층에 묵었었는데 따뜻한 물이 잘 안나와서 틀고 기다리다 그냥 씻었어요...더운 곳이라 물은 그렇게 차지않아서 괜찮았던 것 같아요.

離開了才發現忘記了拍照，房間很整潔，空間也比較大，走路五分鐘就能到海邊🏝️

저도 리뷰 보고 예약 했는데 진짜 사장님이 친절하시더라구요.
우산이 없는거 아시고 우산도 게하 머무는 내내 빌려 주셔서 너무 잘 쓰고 다녔답니당. 렌트를 하고 난 후 공항으로 가야해서 주차를 어떻게 할까 고민 했는데 게하 사장님 집 앞에다 주차해도 된다고 하시고 택시까지 불러 주셔셔 편하게 왔습니다.
위치도 사이판 시내 느낌이여서 하루정도는 렌트 없이 여기 머물면서 여행 될 것 같아욥~
너무 친절했던 사장님 감사해요✌️✌️

酒店在市區，非常便利，附近有中超有飯店，生活便利，衞生乾淨，整潔，有個院子，帶着長者小孩非常舒適。深夜航班，酒店老闆很好，安排了接機。酒店大姐更是非常友好，看我們帶着長者小孩給我們提供了很多幫助，酒店提供熱水，吃泡麪也很方便。後面兩晚換到南部酒店，家裡長者還不想走。

房間很乾凈 我們一大家子去的 從最大的房間 到雙床房都有住哦 離免税店 海邊 超市 吃飯的地方都很近～基本可以步行 當地也有中國的接待小姐姐Mini需要車可以直接找她 很方便 價格同北京打車吧 沒差別就很好
