"100팀의 가족이 있다면 그 중 98팀이 한국팀이네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 한국인 직원도 상주해 있고 소통이 원활한 여행이었습니다. 직원분들도 아주 친절하셔요 연식이 느껴지지만 관리를 잘 하시는게 느껴집니다. 일단 아이가 워낙에 물놀이를 좋아해서 선택한 리조트에요. 우리나라 워터파크를 기대해서 사실 조금의 실망은 있었습니다. 상시로 운영되는것이 아니라 시간이 정해져 있고 유수풀은 어느 구간만 속도감이 느껴지는 ... 수영장에 딸린 작은 슬라이드는 직원이 앉아 있을때 눈치 껏 올라가야 하는 ;; 여튼 우리나라 워터파크를 기대하지는 마세요 ㅋㅋ 점심에 수영하다 까페갤리에서 밥 먹었는데.. 가능하시면 옷 갈아입고 마젤란 가세요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 전 개인적으로 마젤란 조중석식 중 중식이 가장 먹을게 많았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 체크아웃하고 알게되서 안타까웠네요 암튼 골드카드있으니 수영밥 수영밥... 제대로 놀고 왔네요 ♡"

"The owner is very kind. First off, since you will likely be renting a car when you go to Saipan, the location of the accommodation isn't an issue. It is very close to the Kensington Hotel, but it is a bit far from the city center, so a car is absolutely essential if you plan to go out late at night. *At night, the neighborhood road dogs drive you crazy. They don't get startled; they chase you around happily, as if they are enjoying it. Since you are driving a rental car, your heart might skip a beat. If you are looking for resort-style conditions, this is not the place. The bathroom is fairly clean, but if facilities are important to you, it might not be suitable. Every morning, you don't need a separate wake-up call because the neighborhood chickens squeal loudly. If you are looking for an affordable, ordinary place to stay, this is the best option."

"The room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean. We were lucky enough to see rainbows three times during our 8-night stay, and one was even a double rainbow – a first for me! A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!"

"The experience is 100 times better than the Kensington Hotel next door. Although the facilities are old. The software can be done. The front desk brother helps to take the luggage to the room. The smart toilet is good. The hygiene is very clean. The backyard is directly connected to the swimming pool. The network is very good. The dinner is also delicious. The entertainment effect is full. The environment is beautiful. Love the 4 m deep pool"

"I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!"

"The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time."

"Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow. Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available). Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach. Service: All the staff were very friendly. However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure. Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold."

"Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!"
