We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Syracuse. Due to it being graduation weekend we paid a premium price. The staff could not have been nicer. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is great. The room however is worn and dated. The molding on the back of the door fell off piece by piece all weekend. The shower curtain was bent and hanging as the screws in the wall were coming out. The furniture is scratched and the decor feels like it is from the 70’s. When I mentioned my feelings to the front desk at checkout the clerk suggested I should have called for repairs however these are repairs that would take a lot of time. She mentioned the GM would call me to discuss but that never happened.
I must say I think this is the worst stay my partner and I have ever had. We are not picky travers by far! We always find the positive but this one was hard… we stayed from Friday 14th to Sat morning 15th of OCT 2022. CONS: musty room, smelled like old lady perfume or something. Brown dirty stain on the sheets! Moldy shower, broken soap holder in shower. The soap fell while I was washing my face and I stepped on it and almost broke my neck. Also there was a spider in the shower. There were spider webs in the window (not cleaned)There was condensation and black specs around windows (mold?). We could hear the next door room snores ans the above rooms steps and jumps from the kids plus all the water flushing and faucets. Fridge made an awful noise at night when the condensator started enough to wake us up. Carpet around the fridge was humid and wet.The coffee machine filter was missing!!! So could not make coffee. The police showed up around midnight for a noise disturbance in another room. People talking loud outside. Lobby smells like strong chlorine from the pool, they leave the door open. PROS: the front desk staff was kind and professional. They helped up warn our upstairs neighbour's about the noise. The soap smells like oranges nice fragrance and shampoos as well. For the almost 400$ CAD we paid we are extremely disappointed with the quality and the comfort of our stay. We did almost not sleep and we had an important appointment the next morning. We chose your hotel for the location, the price and the Banner. Best Western is a know banner and based on the pictures on the site the rooms looked of quality. I am adding pictures of my room for reference of the different issues. Based on all the problems encountered about experience quality and cleanliness, I would expect a full refund for our stay. We complained to BW and are awaiting follow up.
Very good hotel with new facilities and large rooms. The services provided are typical American hotel services, but they are sufficient. Parking is easy, and there are many American fast food and Chinese restaurants nearby.

Second stay at this well situated hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. Good breakfast included in our price. A short walk to Albert Dock and all the facilities there. Parking available both on site and nearby public multi-storey. Warm welcome from all staff we encountered.
Renovated in 2023, the Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse is a great choice for accommodation in Salina. The hotel is only 4km from Regional Transportation Center and 9km from Syracuse Hancock International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Epiphany Parish at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Brentwood Village and Sunflower Park. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
The hotel was really clean, the breakfast and restaurant were convenient as well as the pool and gym. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated with the weather, with great heating. The people were so sweet and helpful and it was an overall great experience. Especially Cam and Rayelle who were beyond helpful and altruistic.Jonathan (manger of the hotel) made our vacation a memorable one with his great care and hospitality.
Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.
My brothers and I stayed here for one night. I had booked rooms in advance and we had to change one room to my brothers name. He gave his credit card but they stilled charged my credit card. They did credit his Hilton points. He had to write me a check when we got to his house. This is a really nice clean hotel. It is in the new style and is right across from airport, found nice restaurants with no problem. Breakfast was good. Did have a little problem with finding hotel with GPS because I thought it was in Syracuse but you have to put Liverpool,

LLIHANGyou get what you pay for. The overall price/performance ratio is not bad. It's near the airport, which is pretty convenient. The facilities, sanitation and service are similar to those of the old and American hotels. acceptable.

JJoe CTo start we arrived at the hotel some time after noon as a party of 7, my parents, my two sisters, my partner and my one of my sisters partners and we booked two rooms for one night. Upon walking into the hotel we were greeted to a literal construction site. There was a large tarp on the far end of the lobby which covered up something, presumably renovation work, and the ground had guys working on tiling. We had to walk over a cardboard walkway to get to our rooms. The front desk was staffed by two people, who didn’t have uniforms. Behind the front desk looked disorganized and on the front desk there was a pile of pillows and blankets. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful which is possibly the only good thing about this place. The walls of this place all have black streaks and smudge marks and every doorframe had dents and smudge marks near the handles. It looked horrible. First pair of rooms: The room meant for my sisters, me and our partners didn’t have a fold out bed like we had booked. The room was clean, though I didn’t have to time to look around as we had pretty much went straight back to the front desk to get a new room. The room my parents stayed in smelt strongly of cigarettes, and they also switched rooms right away. Second pair of rooms: Upon walking into the room we were staying in the smell of funk but mostly urine hit us. It was so bad it had my sister and I gagging. The tables in the rooms had what seemed to be oil or some residue form cleaning products, the fold out bed/couch looked like it had been there sense the 80s and had yellow stains on its pillows, the walls had splash marks from something and the windows, which we opened to try and air out the place had no screens so bugs could just fly in. The room was disgusting. My parents room was fine and they had pretty much the same problem we did but to a lesser extent and no urine smell. Third pair: The woman who was looking after us was very polite and helpful and was able to get us two extra rooms, one for my parter and I and one for my two sisters and their partner. Our smelt like cleaner and funk when we walked in but wasn’t too bad smelling. At this point we left to go eat and shop and when we came back the room smelt like feet for some reason. My partner and I had just decided this is probably the best we’ll get and stayed in this room. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. With the state this place is in I have no idea why it’s open for people to stay in. The more I look the grosser it gets. If you want to stay in a place that isn’t gross and doesn’t smell or look like a crack den go across the road at the holiday in.
