"The hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!"
