"Except for a spider when I entered the room, the room was clean and tidy, the shower was a bit old, the hotel did not have a lobby, and the check-in was in the **"
"Because I was going to Lake Tahoe the next day, I wanted to live on the edge of Lake Tahoe, but I didn't want to have a very expensive room on weekends. I came from the direction of Larson Volcano and simply chose the hotel in Reno, so that the next day from the east to the most beautiful sand harbor Lake Tahoe, you can still park early, and the same is true. Breakfast is extremely simple, equal to no. The room is clean and has kitchenware, which can be purchased and processed in the supermarket."
"The room was clean, the infrastructure was perfect, there was a small gym, the breakfast was the finishing touch, the variety was not too much, but it was very appetizing. There is a free shuttle to the airport, praise."
"I have stayed here before, and it is convenient based on where my son lives. For food, I suggest Rosie’s in the ****** or across the street to Chuy’s Mexican and Great Basin Brewery. The pool and gym are nice with views. I stayed on the side of the train yard this time, which was pretty cool (not disruptive). Hanging out in the lobby is fine if not ********. Seems many regulars go here. So many summer events on the schedule nearby. Attended the Dragon Lights near UNR (really pretty park), and explored the Wild Waterpark. Uber was easy, but convenirnce stores require a ride. Very scenic drive to Virginia City. Thx for upgrade."
"The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose."

"The surrounding environment is nice, the service is good, the rooms are tidy and clean, the public areas are also clean, the facilities are not too new, but quite complete, and the breakfast provided is also good."
"Room was nice but really small for $227.00 for one night. Upon arriving and getting a first floor room found that the outside window to the parking lot was open and could have easily allowed someone to come in. Maintenance fixed it but it was a little disconcerting. Everything else was fine and the morning buffet was very good. There was an additional charge on my credit card for $22.00 that wasn't explained and that was irritating. I would stay there again however as the inconveniences mentioned weren't disqualifying.
Customer service at the counter and from housekeeping were very good."
