"Temporary passing by for one night, the location is convenient, get off the highway. The room is OK, the area is quite large, the bedding is comfortable. But the elevator was broken, the cockroach could carry the luggage upstairs, the elevator was not repaired the next day, and the notice posted felt like it was broken for more than a day."

"I got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe."

"We booked a King room through Trip.com. However, when we arrived, the Hotel informed us that we booked a Standard Room and gave us a two queen room. We showed them our Trip.com booking confirmation and they simply said we should book directly through the hotel. They refused to address the issue, offer a compromise/solution or even to apologize for the mix-up. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Needless to stay, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Our trip was extended and we booked with a Marriott for our additional nights. They treated us like valued customers and made us feel we were the only ones staying in the hotel. Holiday Inn could learn from other hotels."

"It is very convenient to get off at high speed, suitable for resting and going to the national park the next day. There is breakfast, there is parking space, and most of the guests are tourists."

"It was already early in the morning at the hotel and the stay was smooth. I saw the environment early the next morning, which is very good. The only risk point is the balcony and the next room are common. When you go alone, you still have to lock the door and pull the curtains. Breakfast is rich and has sausages."

"Hotel location is very good, Stuff is very nice, also arranged for me a room near the Tesla charging pile, get up in the morning to Pineer Park for a walk, pleasing to the eye!"

"Our room has two queen sizes (Queen size) and a sofa bed, which is also more spacious. There is a large free car park outside the hotel and parking is very convenient. The hotel facilities look quite new. The downside is that the noise in the room is a bit loud after the air conditioner starts. It is estimated that some people will be too noisy."

"Good basic hotel. My phone charger disappeared after cleaning though. And pool towels are more like small.gym towels, not big enough to wrap around am adult waist. Over all good hotel for quick stays"
