If you are looking for an authentic cabin experience, this is it! It's less than 1 mile from Sundance Resort, and it's so cozy. There are two bedrooms on the main level, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level. The cabin features plenty of couches and beds to sleep 20+ guests. With 3.5 bathrooms, there is enough for one to always be available. We have a little hill next to the cabin that is fun for kids to sled on in the winter, and there's plenty of hiking to do year round, too! Spacious yet cozy cabin nestled in the woods. Everyone loves the warmth of this cabin with its gathering spaces and great mountain views. A wonderful place for family and friends to come together to play and relax. Located just five minutes from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. You never have to leave the mountain. However, if you love the Best Snow on Earth and want to visit other ski resorts, you are 45 minutes to Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons and 60 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. The home is set back from the road and offers large wrap around decks on three sides for year-round enjoyment of the beautiful woods and mountains. The front offers a small yard for snowball fights. What we love about Aspen Springs is the large open gathering spaces combined with room to separate to play, read, relax and sleep. With 5 bedrooms, pool table, and large dining and entertaining areas this is the home you will want to book for your next family escape or couples’ retreat. The hot tub is positioned in a hillside cutout that offers privacy and quiet to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The gas fireplace is easy to light and offers a great glow to the barn wood wrapped family room and kitchen. The kitchen has a center island to gather around and do meal prep and is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. A gas range makes cooking a joy along with double ovens if you are planning a big meal. The dine in kitchen can seat 8 or the dining room can seat an additional 10. Of course there is a microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and mixer to help with your meal plans. The studio downstairs is also available for rent if you wanted extra room.The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools. 4 bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen bed, 2 full beds and one twin bed with luxury linens. This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories. We just added Central A/C as this summer has been super hot everywhere, but not in the Home.We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a big meal and enjoy on a large solid wood dining table, the living room has plentiful couches and chairs for lounging. Opening up the doors to the deck, take a dip in the hot tub and you’ll be surrounded by trees.
