It is fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. There is drip coffee maker and freshly roasted coffee from our local Shooke Coffee Roasters for the morning. There is a tea kettle, full pots and pans and anything else you may need to whip up a quick dish and the soap for washing up. There are extra blankets and towels. Eco friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the dwelling. We use recycled or bamboo paper products and vegan, organic cleaning products and hypo allergenic linens wherever possible.The laundry room has organic detergent and stain remover for several loads of laundry. You will find yourself well cared for in this clean and comfortable in this dwelling.There is a desk and a designated workspace. There are books, puzzles and games for entertainment. Netflix and Hulu are available for streaming on the smart TV. We do not have any cable or TV channels. Temperature is regulated with a forced air furnace and window AC unit. This property has 4 additional apartments in it. All dwellings are completely private and there is a shared back yard, and seasonal game room.There is a Pyreneese/Poodle Mix named Penny that hangs out in the backyard sometimes. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service. When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking. Note that there is an apartment directly above and next to you with shared walls and a beautiful large fenced in backyard which you have direct access to out the back door with a private mud room perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment or winter coats.The trundle bed is not made up for sleeping but there are linens available for you. Nestled in the heart of Torrey, Utah just 5 minutes from spectacular Capitol Reef National Park, with many restaurants and hiking/biking trails right out the front door, this is the place to stay while exploring the mountains and desert nearby. There is excellent internet and cell coverage perfect for working remotely. You'll love this spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views right from the large windows. There are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The bathroom has an illuminated mirror, sink and vanity area and a shower/tub combo. It is fully stocked with everything you might need while away from home. The living room/dining area has two large, comfy recliners and a large couch to relax and watch the flatscreen TV. The private laundry room is fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need.When you arrive, you will go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the east side of the building, Door #4. There is a keyless contactless entry system.  We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. Come prepared with groceries or contact Danielle and arrange to have groceries delivered in advance for a nominal feeWeather: Torrey is located at 6,800 ft above sea level, so we thankfully don’t get the intense heat that other desert towns experience. Summertime temperatures range from the mid 80's to low 90's during the day and mid 50's to mid 60's at night. Winter high temps are mostly in the mid 30’s to lower 50’s with a few days in the 20’s.
