Very Good
GGuest UserIt was located in a place where it seems if you’re traveling and want somewhere to stay, that’s a convenient place. Unfortunately, the only downside was the front staff was giving us a hard time because my debit card didn’t have a chip on it and they usually don’t accept those type of cards. I’ve stayed in plenty hotels and have never had an issue and many holiday inns as well. Other than that, the hotel was clean and it was god for a fast one night in.
GGuest UserI was actually rather impressed with my stay. Keep in mind this is a roadside, budget property, so don't go in expecting luxury and luxury clientele. It is really a roadside town for truckers and people passing through looking for a good price. The room itself was clean and fairly well maintained. There are some flaws here and there, again this is a budget property. It really had everything I needed for an overnight stay. While I had a quiet stay, I can imagine when the property is full, depending on the crowd, it could get a little loud. I could hear people talking as they passed by my room. it didn't bother me because the white noise from the air conditioning. The front desk folks were welcoming and I would stay here again if I was passing through. I recommend this property.
GGuest UserI am convinced all the hotels at the north end of this freeway exit are owned / managed by the same people...charge you the full rate while offering the bare minimum elsewhere i.e. in this case in mid-August the pool was closed...as was the air conditioned lobby. AFTER I checked-in I was told there was no water and since it was a ”city issue” they had no idea of if and when it would come back on...it never did by the time I left the following morning. Of course it would never occur to these people in ”the hospitality industry” to offer ANYTHING to benefit the guest due to the inconvenience. Not surprisingly it was up to me to follow-up upon returning home as to any refund. I was informed the city would be reimbursing everyone at each hotel impacted by the no water issue. Two billing cycles later on my credit card and no refund yet. A call to the hotel and I was told ”all people have been refunded.” Note: It is a game I am sure they play all the time...don't tell anyone there is a refund(because there isn't) and if someone asks, tell them refunds come from the local government and / or refunds have been issued. Hence I have now created a dispute claim with my credit card company which hopefully end in my favor...BUT no thanks to the hotel itself...they don't care about you or your experiences...they only want your money.
