"i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026."

"The location of this hotel is impeccable. - 2 mins walk to Sensecity which has Co-op supermarket, Highland coffee, Phuc Long coffee inside - 3 mins walk to Night market next to riverside - 3 mins walk to my favourite Mekong Massage - top notch masseurs that provide extremely good service. I miss the 2 super friendly dogs there! - 3 mins walk to a plethora of excellent eateries: 2 banh mi stalls, Nhan Quan Hu Tieu Nam Vang (assorted noodles), Mi Vit Them Hau Phat (duck noodles). - 8 mins walk to 2 museums if u are a history buff. The bed is extremely comfortable - Simmons btw Facilities - smallish swimming pool n gym but equipments are clean and all well-maintained Breakfast- huge spread of local and western cuisines. Lots of fresh salad to choose from. The chefs are often overwhelmed with the eggs and noodles orders. Love the coffee machine. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Our fridge had a funky smell and they immediately took it out to clean and replace if with another one :) Highly recommend this hotel for just its location!"

"The location is great: the city center, 5 minutes to the river, where you can take a boat and ride along the river, they brought us to the hotel and took us away (pickup from the bus station and picked us up, the reception called the station every day and reminded us to pick us up). Right along the road that runs parallel to the river, there is a great market, if you want, you can go to the supermarket in half an hour. They checked us in right away, the room is small, with a sleeping loft, a spacious bathroom with a shower, there is enough space for things (wardrobes under the stairs), there is a small kitchenette (a refrigerator - you need to turn it on, the cord is pulled out of the socket, a stove, a microwave, a kettle). There are toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and gel, water and tea leaves. The windows are in the neighboring wall, but it is even quieter, and we do not really look out the window. Breakfasts are from 8, you order a hot meal in advance and it is waiting for you at the appointed time on the fifth floor. A very smart porter, he immediately realized that we wanted to call the bus company, and we didn’t have to spend half an hour explaining, like in Thailand:)"

"Incredibly modern hotel with excellent and attentive staff. The facilities are excellent with a solid breakfast variety. Located close to ninh kieu pier making access to boats to Cai Rang very easy. Would certainly be my stay of choice if I ever returned to the area. Great view from river view room and the rooftop area."

"Service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The grounds were well decorated for the holiday season, the pool was inviting and the lounge areas near the pool made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of options, some of which changed daily (like fresh fruit and fruit juices) and gave me new things to try. My room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. My terrace was large and a perfect way to escape to the outdoors without having to leave hotel property. Mine was a working holiday and the spacious desk, in-room coffee service, and spacious terrace were perfect for what I needed. Easy pick-up and drop-off for local tours. I’d definitely stay again."

"The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us."
