Staff is super friendly and we were offered breakfast and dinner which was a very positive surprise - all food we had was super delicious The home stay offer many tours and we joined the one to the Cai Rang floating market which was very well organized and enjoyable Overall couldn’t recommend this hotel more

The best hotel in Can Tho, the Sheraton. This was my first stay and it was absolutely fantastic value for money. You really can't beat the price for a five-star hotel experience here. Both the hardware and software facilities are top-notch. The room was clean and incredibly high-quality. I highly recommend staying at this five-star hotel if you're visiting Can Tho.

Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet.

Choosing Charmant Suite Hotel Can Tho for our holiday was an excellent decision location-wise. However, some aspects of our experience didn't quite live up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. I hope the hotel will consider this constructive feedback to continuously improve their service quality: 1. We didn't receive a welcome drink. This is usually the first impression of service before experiencing other amenities. 2. The in-room amenities felt a bit lacking: The toilet area should have a separate door to create a private compartment, providing more comfort for the person using the toilet inside and those using the sink outside. The wet area (shower) and dry area (toilet/sink) should also be separated by a door. The lavabo area could benefit from a shaving mirror, so guests don't have to lean forward, and more hooks to hang items after use. Specifically for the WC area, the power of the ventilation system/exhaust fan should be adjusted to better handle air quality when in use. 3. Outside the bedroom area, at the dressing table for ladies, I suggest adding a mirror with integrated lighting so they don't have to stand while doing their makeup. If the two bedside lamps on the nightstands could be wall-mounted (similar to the lights in public restrooms), it would free up a lot of space for guests to charge phones, place books, etc., without worrying about knocking over the lamps. 4. For loose furniture like the round tea table, a sturdier, heavier base would prevent it from tipping over if someone accidentally leans on it. 5. Most importantly, soundproofing. Everyone wants a relaxing and peaceful stay in a quiet environment, free from noise and strange sounds. Overall, it was a rather enjoyable holiday after a long time returning to the 'Poetic City,' revisiting famous attractions and savoring well-known dishes like Thành Giao's Duck Cooked with Fermented Tofu, Banh Xeo 7 Tới, Cái Răng Floating Market, Ancient Houses, Sơn Islet, Mỹ Khánh Tourist Village, and 'Cái Răng drinking street' (my own name for it). I hope to return again to experience more of this 'Poetic City's' specialties.

The room was very clean and tidy, the floor was spotless, and the bed and comforters were soft and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay and felt it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again next time.

I think it is a nice inn to assemble a Mekong Delta tour, the staff was very kind. The banana pancakes and coffee for breakfast are memorable. The inn was given a bungalow-style house and had a good atmosphere. However, there is a gap so insects may come in from the outside. Frogs came in when I stayed. You can only go halfway by car. It's about 300 meters from the car, but I was quite lost because it was already dark when I arrived. There is no restaurant around, so the location is not convenient.

Great homestay. Everything is simple but there. Owner can't speak english and doing everything by a translate app. That was no problem for us. In our room the airco was broken and they give us a free upgrade. Thank you. There is one con and that was the shower. We could not get warm water. Overall we had a good night.

First of all, it was clean, and the balcony was also cleaned, so I booked it without worrying about bugs. It was also quiet, except for the village announcements coming on from early in the morning.

The room has all the basics, and the staff is very friendly. I liked that the furniture had a retro feel, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The only thing that is disappointing is that there are some parts of the room that are not finished. Even though the outlets on the walls are not finished, I wish they would have blocked the hole in the ceiling. Despite these shortcomings, the good thing was the price. The prices here are crazy. For backpackers looking for cheap accommodation, there aren't many places like this.

The location of hotel is good and strategically locate near the port, very convenient to travel around the street,park and can tho bridge. The room's environment is nice but the furniture and appliances is a bit outdated but to be fair the function is still fine. The staff at the counter is friendly and helpful.
