"This is our second time staying here, the location is perfect, just behind sense city shopping centre, about 100 metres to Ninh Kieu walk, the room is spacious and clean, every staff member at this hotel are wonderful ,special thank to Phuc the bell boy who always have a pleasant smile on his face. If we come back to Can Tho we will definitely stay here again"

"i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026."

"It’s really decent for the price, but the bathroom could be more cleaner. The towels don’t smell clean, right after using it starts to smell. But location is good and staff is really kind. I’d say good."

"This is a small but exquisite Hilton hotel. The environment and rooms are great, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with beautiful furnishings. The breakfast is delicate and delicious. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, even helping with ticket bookings. Highly recommended!"

"Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room."

"The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us."

"The hotel is situated in a slightly quieter area, which was exactly what we were looking for. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel, offering great flexibility. However, it's advisable to have some prior experience with scooters and navigating traffic, as the roads can be quite chaotic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us when we needed to get to the bus station on our departure day. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is good. Our main complaint, however, is the food. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, but if you arrive at 9:30 AM, many items are already cold or no longer available. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, and they provided a lunchbox. Frankly, they could have skipped it. We've stayed in two and three-star hotels before and received lunchboxes, but seeing what this 4-star hotel provided, we were genuinely disappointed. We also ate at the restaurant twice. The Western portions were very small and not particularly flavorful. For these reasons, we would not book this hotel again."

"Great value for money- friendly staff. Special mention to John (who works at the restaurants) and who had already finished his shift but kindly helped me to find the right way back to the hotel when I was “lost “ in the parking lot."
