"Hue Melia Vinpearl is a splendid first class hotel offering tourists and visitors a outstanding comfort and a touch of luxury. The front of house staff were very helpful and attentive. Very friendly and approachable. We had dinner in the Alma restaurant on the 33rd floor and the views are breathtaking. The decor and ambience so warm and relaxing and inviting. Had a first dinner and service was great. Breakfast options and quality of food is brilliant. Excellent coffee options, freshly made omlettes, pancakes and much more. The are very helpful and catered to all our needs. We wree greeted warmly and welcomed wherever we went in the hotel. The staff are all amazing. Having stayed in many different hotels in different cities across Vietnam and Asia I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences 🙌🏽."

"It was just a short night for us due to a canceled flight. It was the closest good hotel to Hue Airport. The rooms are clean and modern. The service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious. I don't think the location is ideal for Hue. It's a bit out of the way."

"The family room consisted of two connecting rooms, providing ample space. While the decor is a bit dated, it does come with two bathrooms. One of them had excellent water pressure and hot water, so we all ended up showering in that one. The property is surprisingly quiet despite its central location, and with a riverbank on one side, an evening stroll was quite pleasant."

"This is an unparalleled five-star hotel. The room facilities are well maintained. From check-in to check-out, it was perfect. The service staff Vy, Sophia, Hien, Hieu and the boy who checked out in the morning were all excellent. They felt the warmth of home here and experienced the excellent five-star service! "🌿 A peaceful and unforgettable stay at Pilgrimage Village I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world. The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed. My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind. Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers. And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service."

"Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue."

"Love the design of every corner of Scarlett. All the staffs are so friendly. They always make sure I have everything I need. Where to go? What to eat? The breakfast provides some of the local delicacies. Yum! Fresh fruit everyday in the room. The location is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the imperial city. Though it's rated 3 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. The most importantly, the staffs always checked if everything is ok in the hotel! Feel like they do care from the bottom of their heart! 💕 I'll definitely come back here again."
