El hotel es bastante correcto, bien mantenido, habitaciones muy correctas aunque el baño algo anticuado ya. La situación está muy bien se vas en coche ya que hay sitio para aparcar gratis casi a la puerta y andando se tarda solo 12 minutos a la plaza mayor. Para desayunar se puede en la cafetería del hotel y en una pastelería que hay enfrente. El único fallo fue el WiFi. Al parecer hay dos redes distintas pero a la habitación 311 solo llegaba una y aunque te conectabas no te asignaba IP y no se navegaba. Lo dijimos en recepción para que reiniciaran el router pero siguió mal. A pesar de este fallo por 52 €/noche en fin de semana es una muy buena relación calidad/precio.

La habitación es muy cómoda, nosotros fuimos en enero y hacía bastante frío en la ciudad pero la habitación estaba perfectamente aclimatada aunque la calefacción no sube a más de 21 grados. El baño, sin embargo, deja bastante que desear, es un baño frío, con bañera de plástico y cortina de baño, el suelo resbala y en mi habitación el surtidor de jabón estaba roto, recomiendo llevar gel y champú porque solo te proporcionan gel de baño y si tienes la mala suerte de que el surtidor no funcione te quedas sin nada. En cuanto al resto del hotel muy correcto, nos dieron mucha flexibilidad a la hora de pagar y no tuvimos ningún problema para reservar la plaza de garaje, lo único que solo hay un cargador para coche eléctrico por lo que recomiendo que a la hora de hacer la reserva especifiquéis que queréis cargar el coche. Como puntos a destacar diría que a la hora de reservar en este hotel tengáis en cuenta de que está alejado del centro, se encuentra fuera de la muralla y el camino hasta el centro es de cuesta. No recomiendo para nada el restaurante/cafetería del hotel, ni para desayuno ni para comer, es mejor que si queréis desayunar crucéis a la pastelería que hay justo enfrente o que para hostelería vayáis al centro.

This hotel in the town of Ciudad Rodrigo is a great place to stay. My room was very small, but exceptionally clean, and had a TV, a closet, and a tiny but sparkling clean private bathroom. The hotel is a 5 minute walk downhill from the bus station and my room on the 3rd floor had a view of the fortified city on the hill, only a 10 minute walk away. The front desk clerk was very kind and spoke good English. Their restaurant that seemed to be open all day, even though most other restaurants in town were closed in the mornings or for several hours in the afternoon for a siesta. Also, I realized 5 days later that I had left my charger behind. I went back on a whim, and they had it in their lost and found for me. Very kind people.
