"The location was great for walking anywhere within the city. The service was friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Additionally, the bar/cafe attached to the hotel is wonderful for a coffee, beer, meal and is more a local spot than a tourist trap. Parking is plentiful and they have a lot of information about local sights, museums etc. The rooms were as described, AC worked well and the hotel is a great value for money. I'd stay there again the next time I visit Ciudad Rodrigo."

"Simple but clean hotel outside the walls of the town. Difficult on street parking but parking underground was also possible at a fee. Neutral receptionist could have been friendlier! Simple en suite room but elevator present. Breakfast too was very simple indeed. Restaurant not in hotel but in different building around the block was closed when we tried to get in. So, we visited crowded neighborhood Tapas bar "El Sevilla" in the same street instead which was a great find. Beautiful "Platos combinados" for 7 euros and low priced drinks."
