I'll be brief.... Hospitality -＞ Top. (I arrived practically at night, having had a problem with the car, the owner Ugo waited for me until around 11pm to let me stay overnight) Room -＞ Top. Sea view, spectacular. Location -＞ Top. Practically close to the center and 2 steps from the embarkations. For me a reference now for this area. Highly recommended

Come dal nome della struttura, è posizionata a pochissimi passi dal porto. Le camere sono moderne e pulite in maniera impeccabili, la cortesia del titolare è fantastica come non se ne trova da tempo. In caso di necessità, potrete chiedere consiglio per ricevere ottimo supporto. Provenendo dalla stazione dei treni con la massima disponibilità è venuto a prendermi per portarmi al suo edificio e aiutato con le valigie pesanti! We stayed for 2 days in this wonderful B&B, a very large and bright double room with a magnificent view of the sea and the city port. The room is very clean and breakfast is the highlight with delicious homemade desserts! What can I say, I would happily go back! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed the night before our cruise. Wasn’t expecting the world for the price but we were very pleasantly surprised. After a long and tiring journey our hostess met us at the train station for the short ride to the apartment. We arrived at a very old building and were led to our room. A very pretty room with stunning views of the harbour. The AC in the room was very welcome and lead to a restful sleep. In the morning a simple but delicious breakfast and very friendly hosts. And the cruise is just a short walk away

Proprietario simpatico e gentile. La Stanza graziosa, ristrutturata, con condizionatore, vista sul porto e abbastanza in ordine: solo la doccia era con muffa e il rubinetto senza filtro. Purtroppo il resto della casa, già a partire dall'androne, era disordinato, con area roba sparsa in giro e cucina "poco invitante". Ad Agosto abbiamo pagato 80€ per un notte... Un prezzo medio tenendo presente che siamo vicino al porto di Civitavecchia. Valutate voi se lo vale.
