Struttura attempata anche se ha un vissuto importante. Lo si nota dal fatto che strutturalmente è bello e posizionato bene. Un 4 stelle che non offre neanche l’acqua di cortesia e che addirittura non ti dà nemmeno l’opportunità di pagarla in quanto il frigo bar è vuoto. Colazione improponibile. Erano passate una decina di minuti prima di vedere qualcuno del personale. Qualità scarsa, ti portano il caffè ma ti devi alzare per prendere lo zucchero. Il peggiore del gruppo accor hotels.

sono stata ospite della struttura per due volte, sempre col mio cane, e mi sono trovata molto bene, è una struttura comoda da raggiungere, accogliente ed è un vero hotel "pet frendly"!

Io ci sono stato fuori stagione ma la struttura è affacciata al mare quindi sarà bellissimo nei mesi giusti. Comodo il parcheggio all’interno del parco e la possibilità di cenare anche tardi.

Mancano diverse diverse cose e complessivamente trascurato assolutamente non adeguato allo standard quattro stelle. Letto aggiunto scomodo e materasso oramai da cambiare. Mancano totalmente i soliti prodotti omaggio, neanche un sapone. Pochi asciugamani, riscaldamento difficile da utilizzare. Personale che dovrebbe essere formato molto meglio anche per l'accoglienza dei clienti

Overall very nice place but I do not recommend if you are coming in for a cruise. Very hard to get transportation into the city and each way was €20 for less than 5 miles.

My wife and I HATED this hotel. The property is ocean front (which was the only good thing about the place). However, the hotel itself is very run-down. The hotel is located far away from city-center and Taxi service in the town is not plentiful. Their was a multi-hour wait for dinner service. We had to walk around a quarter mile to the ONLY nearby restaurant, which was a small, mediocre pizza place. If you are planning a cruise out of this port city ... I would suggest: (1) stay in Rome and take a taxi/limo directly to the cruise terminal. (2) find a satisfactory hotel in Civitavecchia City Center ... sadly not many suitable choices. Whatever you do ... I would NOT recommend staying at Mercure Civitavecchia Sunbay Park Hotel.
