Cixi Hotels with Wi-Fi

Had a comfortable stay and great service from Norman and Jack. The location is very good and in center of industrial area.

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

I stayed at Platinum before, and no matter how cheap it was, it would cost 380 yuan if I asked the customer service manager to book. The fish they use is from a large Norwegian factory, which is very soft and sticky.

This hotel was situated in CiXi technology zone many kilometres from Ningbo. We were advised when we got there that it was not an ideal couples hotel as they cater mainly for travel groups. We stayed one night then booked another hotel within the downtown of Ningbo. This hotel was very nice and if it was more conveniently located would be a popular destination.

Every time I go out, I will choose a star hotel. I always feel that the service will be more standardized and the check-in process will be smooth. This time, I brought the elderly to walk to relatives. The elderly's legs and feet are inconvenient. The hotel is still very concerned. I observed it when I got off the car. The wheelchair was launched and helped push it to the room. Knowing that we were going out and said that we could borrow during our stay, these were things we didn't expect and solved our big problem.
