Great stay for its price! The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Only downside is that it is a bit far from the city downtown and not many dinning options around

Staff are very friendly & accommodating

I had an issue with my TV not working. I called the front desk and the lady was at my door in minutes. Unfortunately the TV wouldn’t work and she was all set to get me another room but I politely declined. Funny thing, it helped me sleep a lot better. I’m one of those who watches and all of a sudden it’s 2am. The staff here are always nice and helpful, because of that it’s the only place I stay when going through Grande Prairie. I’m sorry I don’t remember the great lady’s name that helped me that night but the customer service there is top notch!

The price was good and the property was okay. Things had signs up saying out of order, instead of being repaired. Lots of lights burned out. I booked a one bed room and they didn’t have a cot available for my son, so we had to buy an inflatable and a sleeping bag for the weekend. The gym could be cleaner. Staff were friendly and accomodating when possible . Breakfast was good and area clean.

Some of the upholstered furniture needs cleaning and some walls need paint but otherwise all in good condition. Breakfast was great first day but the substitution of egg rolls for scrambled eggs was not to my liking second morning. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
