J’ai passé une semaine dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel. Je tiens à remercier l’ensemble des équipes et plus particulièrement Ismail pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Grâce au professionnalisme des équipes, nous avons pu accueillir nos chauffeurs partenaires dans les meilleures conditions dans la salle de réunion réservée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées (bouilloire, machine Nespresso, petit frigo, micro-ondes et évier). La salle de bain est très bien également avec douche et baignoire. Enfin, l’hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare et avec station de tramway en face. Encore merci à toute l’équipe ! Mouna A.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé par Thomas, pour notre séjour en Auvergne. Son collègue Cédric est également très attentionné. L'hôtel est bien situé (accès facile au centre), propre, la chambre rénovée est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner varié.

This hotel is as pleasant as its staff is friendly and helpful (big up to Cedric and Thomas at the reception). The breakfast is full of choices (that will please Europeans and Americans alike) and always comes with a smile. Finally, our room was brand new, immaculate and fully functional for a family of 4. Tout bonnement parfais , équipe serieuse , souriante , sympathique et à l'écoute , chambre très confortable et spacieuse bien situé et facile d'accès , arrêt de bus à proximité et arrêt de tramway situé juste en face . Je peut que recommander !

Ismael and Eliot were wonderful. The hotel was also great but these two men made sure we had a great time! The room was large and spacious, it was also recently renovated. The location is great with a train stop right outside the hotel. The one downside is they are doing construction during the day so it can get loud if you are trying to take a nap during the day.

Buen hotel al que le falta restaurante y un bar comodo. Los colchones cubiertos de protectores de plastico son una sauna poco higienica. Nosotros nos levantamos de madrugada a quitarlo y hacer de nuevo la cama. El personal muy amable. La luz de la habitacion incomoda
