"Bonjour, très bonne situation géographique avec vue sur le puy de dôme, le petit déjeuner est plus que correct pour le prix demandé. L'accueil est dynamique et courtois. L'appartement est dans un état déplorable et aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement, tâche sur le sol et les murs, pas de climatisation, ventilateur faisant un bruit de tracteur, rideau avec des trous, meubles de style ancien et abîmé. Correct pour une nuit sans plus, plusieurs avis laissés dans ce sens avec réponse du propriétaire qui stipule qu'il va corriger mais ne fait absolument rien à ce jour. Cdt."

The room was spacious and comfortable, but not easy to reach: stairs to the lift and two more stairs, one down and one up, after the lift. Not suitable for people who are bad, and the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly."

"After a miserable experience in Lyon in one of the big network hotels, this one was a true relief. Situated in a quiet-ish area but very close to all the main sites, it truly has a theme going on for it.  Spacious rooms, exquisite breakfast with local produce and very attentive staff, all were present during our stay. The view from the breakfast terrace is to die for.  The only complaint would be about the questionable bathroom solution which really degrades one’s privacy when travelling as a couple. The bathroom itself has neither a door, nor a curtain. And the toilette lacks a bide/hygienic shower.  Overall, i’d definitely recommend staying here."
