The elevator is tiny and not very practical because it stops at the half floor, so there are always stairs to climb. Courteous and smiling staff. We did not eat in the hotel so I cannot judge the cuisine."

"Allowed stay We stayed in this hotel one night together with a four-year-old child. The "dermatological" concern, probably related to bed linen, was reported to the staff, who took note of it. The breakfast was not the same as we had to expect: we had to wait about 15 minutes to get butter, and the eggs were cool (really cold, not just tight). Positive point, however: staff is friendly and courteous."

I must give the credits to the staff for their quick response, especially when I realized that I’ve forgotten my cell phone in the hotel room after checkout. I called the front desk and they were very responsive and went check for me immediately. They found my phone and made my 30km return trip very worthwhile. Thank you so much for your service."

"Valentine's Day evening. Arriving at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. due to work, we were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant, which was already closed... which is odd for that date. However, we were able to enjoy the sauna the next morning, and it was very good."

"The tower has four or five studio rooms one above another right near the cathedral. We stayed on the third floor which is a bit of a schlep with bags but it’s a tower so you know what to expect. The room is charming, with a small balcony and a large (vital) fan. It’s very well equipped and laid out with a sleeping area (including a cot) food prep/microwave/nespresso machine and slightly dodgy fridge and then a great shower. It has a delightful ambience. Breakfast - brought in a basket and hung on a hook outside the door - was full of delectable pastries with oj etc in the fridge. We ate ours in the cool of the balcony. And when I left behind some vitamins, the owner was assiduous in calling and letting me know. We would return like a shot if we needed to be in the area… (oh yes, inexpensive, Underground parking about 200 metres away)"
