Dans le cadre de 2 jours de formations, j'ai eu l'occasion de résider à l'Oceania. J'ai pu bénéficier de tout le confort nécessaire et sympathie des équipes rencontrées afin de m'y sentir bien! Je recommande !

Good for one or two nights. Bedrooms are small and no shelving for clothes, we had to live out of suitcases. The safe in the room was not fixed and could be lifted off its support!. The window could be opened wide and on the third floor as we were could be a hazard for young children. Our first meal was good but our group meals were very poor, most of the steak was sent back, tough, and the fish was tasteless.

De passage à Clermont Ferrand, nous avions spécialement choisi votre hôtel pour fêter la Saint-Valentin avec mon fiancé et profiter de l’espace bien-être. C’était là pour nous le temps fort de ce week-end. Nous sommes tout à fait conscients que nous ne sommes pas les seuls clients à fréquenter cet espace mais quand nous nous y sommes présentés, il était envahi, d’une bande de jeunes qui criait, buvait de l’alcool dans le jacuzzi et le sauna hors service. L’espace était inondé par les éclaboussures et des morceaux de verre jonchaient le sol, ce qui nous a empêché de nous approcher. Nous nous sommes rendus à l’accueil, (au passage, nous avons vu que même l’accès était trempé) pour le signaler à votre réceptionniste qui nous a fait part de son impossibilité d’intervenir, étant seul. Nous n’avons même pas pu aller au bar, puisqu’il n’y avait personne pour servir ! Bloqués sur Clermont Ferrand à quasiment 18 heures, nous n’avons pas pu trouver un autre hôtel avec les mêmes prestations. Aucun geste commercial malgré des réclamations et des mails à la direction.. Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Hôtel réservé au dernier moment, très bon accueil, parking sécurisé en sous sol, grande chambre, très bonne literie, salle d'eau grand, moderne, très grande douche, toilettes séparées, diner au restaurant le soir, service rapide, prix étape 33e avec entrée, plat, desserts, très bien servis. Buffet varié pour le petit déjeuner. Seul bémol, juste 2 oreillers dans le lit double, 2 supplémentaires auraient été appréciés.

Chambres vieillottes aux couleurs tristes .pas de mini bar ni de carte room service, pas de guide de l’hôtel (resto,spa,services). Pas même un stylo ni une verre. Belle salle de bain Belle vue Bien situé

l'excellence du personnel n'a pas de prix; j'y vais depuis si longtemps que je m'y sens chez moi. Super bien situé, malgrés la circulation , on y jouit d'une tranquillité surprenante. tout est à distance pédestre. trop bien
