Quirky Ibis Styles Hotel. Good location for the station but about a 20-minute walk to the centre restaurants. Pre booked parking at an additional cost of 9.5 euros. Good secure car park at the rear of the hotel. Room and hotel has a quirky style. The breakfast area is very small and can be busy, but the lady is looking after it works very hard to keep clean and topped up with food. Young man, on reception, spoke good English. No Accor benefits, no welcome drink ( gold member ), and I had to contact Accor customer service to get loyalty points/night added to my account.

chambre au dessus de l'entrée des voitures pour acceder au parking , squat juste a coté avec de la musique a fond j'usqu'a 2 h du matin et pour finir le camion de livraison du linge vers 6h du matin. Quelle nuit !!!

Chambre familiale extrêmement propre, calme et qui donnait côté parking. Literies impeccables, déco sympa. Le parking et le petit-déjeuner un vrai plus ! Personnel sympathique. En 20 minutes à pied, nous sommes en centre-ville et dans les environs de la cathédrale, très bien pour visiter Clermont-Ferrand.

Très bon hotel dans l'ensemble. Dommage qu'il n' y est pas au minimum une bouteille d'eau comme cadeau de bienvenue. L'oreiller n'est pas très confortable mais le reste rien à dire.

Un accueil très sympathique avec le sourire et cette compétence digne d'un grand hôtel. Une chambre digne d'un IBIS STYLES, classique avec une hygiène IRREPROCHABLE. Lit très confortable avec de bons oreillers . Le petit déjeuner classique mais tout est à disposition pour le client. Toutes mes félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel sans oublier le personnel de ménage qui fait un travail REMARQUABLE et dans l'ombre, et oui, sans le personnel de ménage tous les hôtels fermeront leurs portes . Je peut que m'incliner devant ce savoir faire et continuer dans cette trajectoire qui se nomme LE PROFESSIONNALISME.
