L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à la découverte de la ville et des destinations routières et dans un quartier calme. La literie est excellente . Au restaurant rénové le service est trop long Au niveau de la réception et de l'accueil mention spéciale à Marion dont la gentillesse et le sens du service contrastent avec certains de ses collègues.

Emplacement de l'hôtel mal indiqué et difficile à trouver sans GPS. Sinon, hébergement au top, literie très confortable, chambres silencieuses, bouilloire et sachets de thé et de café à disposition dans la chambre (comme dans tous les Campanile), parking gratuit mais non fermé la nuit (dommage). Petit-déjeuner très copieux mais repas du soir un peu juste, cher et peu de choix. J'avais pu précedemment tester le Campanile de Riom, bien plus varié et copieux.

L'établissement est très bien placé par rapport aux grands axes routiers. Il se situe dans une zone calme. L'équipe en place est extrêmement disponible et sympathique. Le repas proposé était excellent !
