Courtyard Cleveland TN

This hotel is new so everything is clean and in good condition. I really have no complaints. It was perfect!

This hotel is brand new and beautiful. That being said the bed was extremely uncomfortable… with indents in it like it had been slept in for years!!!! I’ve got to say if you want to ruin a trip provide horrible beds!!! The couch was extremely itchy to sit on not sure if it was the fabric or a type of treatment for stain proofing?! This would be a hard pass for me next time we are here.

Friendly staff, very new and clean. Large patio with lots of seating. Nice bar and good food.

Rooms are completely new and a great size. Walk in shower is very upscale. Fridge in room and real glasses! Towels are wonderful - large and fluffy. Very cool/modern decor. Outdoor pool, seasonal only and not heated. Great staff. Lobby/bistro is very nice - nominal charge for cold or hot breakfast.

I recently stayed at this new hotel for the second time, and overall, it was a great experience. The facilities are top-notch; both the pool and gym are in excellent condition, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows that made for restful nights. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service from the housekeeping and front desk staff. When our baby became ill in the middle of the night, housekeeping promptly provided fresh bedding without hesitation, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The only downside I encountered was the water pressure in the shower, which was disappointingly low. It was more of a trickle than a proper shower, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely stay here again. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and the staff's responsiveness really sets this hotel apart.
