Beautiful. Breakfast was everything. I felt important. The only thing i didnt like was how long it took for valet to get my car.

Overall the hotel met our needs. Agree with previous reviews about: 1. Outdated. Needs a serious update. Feels like the 80’s. There is an “ihome” clock. Seriously? I threw away my ihome clock like a decade ago. 2. Proximity and convenience to Cleveland clinic. Next time I would stay at the other Intercontinental which seems more centrally located. 3. Area is a little sketchy. In the daytime a couple was begging for money in front of the hotel. The man said his wife was pregnant and needed money to help pay for her meds. 4. No food options close by. We ate at Urban Kitchen which is located near the Residence Inn. 5. Clean hotel. 6. Rooms are big- like the size of two rooms. My guess is at least 600 square feet of space. There is a huge area with a bathroom sink that is separate from the toilet and shower. So for long stays or larger parties (up to 6) would consider staying. The room we stayed in really smelled like a hospital room. I thought about asking for a different room but instead lathered myself up in the scented body lotion so I could sleep without the stench of “hospital ward.” In summary I would only stay here again if I needed the space. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.

We stayed for 10 days due to treatment at Cleveland Clinic. The room was quiet and comfortable. Luckily I brought the things I needed for the kitchen like plates, utensils, food for breakfast . The housekeeping was excellent & bell staff very helpful. We parked in the lot across the street from CC to avoid $24/day valet fee but we used valet the night before we left. The restaurant food was pretty good & service was excellent. I only wish they had laundry facilities-you can send laundry out if you want to pay $11 to wash a nightgown! Overall we were very pleased

I did not look forward to being away from my home for 10 nights, but it was very comfortable thanks to your excellent facility and very professional and helpful staff. I cannot recall having stayed at a hotel suite that was so well designed and equipped. From the commercial-free TV to the in-room espresso maker, it was truly a home away from home. A few minor quibbles but on the whole, excellent. Service was superb.

Excellent stay. Professional staff and front desk. Very kind staff. It was a comfortable stay in middle of Cleaveland. Staff is really really responsive to your needs. Kevin is the Vallet parking guy is an excellent guy and takes care of your Car. Many nice things here to experience.

The staff was very nice. Kevin, from valet was great! The rooms were nice. I also used the gym. It had all of your basic gym equipment and was very clean. I stayed for 3 nights and slept the best I have in a very long time. Honestly, I would love to buy the pillows they use.

Most staff were very helpful. That really matters when you’re here for a stressful medical situation. Make sure every employee goes to the extreme to make the customers feel as comfortable as possible. That’s the most important thing to someone coming from out of town for medical attention.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite that has 2 double beds and a living area. The rooms are large, the bathroom is huge, mostly clean except we found a sock from a previous guest by the bed. The beds were comfortable and room was quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.
