"The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression….."

"I went to watch the Cavaliers' game. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the stadium. I parked my car at the hotel and walked there in a few minutes. It is also not far from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel facilities are average, a little old, but acceptable, parking is convenient, and there are not many businesses around. The service is average. The waiter seemed to be unfamiliar with the business and overcharged me, but Ctrip was very responsible and refunded me after contacting. Overall, it is still very good to stay here to watch basketball."

"This was my second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It is in a great location with many attractions and places to eat within a short walk. Check-in was a breeze in part because the front desk staff were all super friendly. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. My only suggestion is to save a ton of money by taking advantage of the numerous self-parking options, many of which are near by. This property truly exemplifies the Ritz-Carlton brand, and I will certainly stay here again if I have the opportunity to do so."

"My child is studying at Case Western Reserve, so I booked this hotel. This hotel is in the city of Cleveland, about 5 kilometers away from Case. The hotel is also located in the school area, opposite the various buildings of Cleveland State University. The hotel has a large parking lot and multiple dining facilities nearby, which makes it convenient to eat. The hotel itself provides breakfast in the morning, which is simple and effective. The hotel itself is on Euclid Street, and Case Western Reserve is also on the same street, so it is convenient to drive all the way down. The accommodation experience is still good."

"Terrible hotel. Couldn't check in upon arrival due to a front desk error. The hotel's facilities are often broken, like the air conditioning and beds. The room was incredibly noisy at night because it faced the main street, making it very hard to get good rest. I changed rooms three times, but it was always the same. The service was also really bad, and the front desk manager was dismissive. Plus, the food at the lobby restaurant was awful and way too salty. Definitely a hotel to avoid."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated in a jazz old-money style; I especially loved the art wallpaper and copper ceiling lights. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland. The front desk staff were very friendly. The first room they gave me was near the garage and had a lot of machine noise, but after I mentioned it, they immediately changed me to a much quieter and more satisfactory room."

"I was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home."

"The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room."
