The room is quite large and you can see Lake Erie outside the window. The sound insulation effect is not very good. You can hear the comings and goings of surrounding residents and their voices clearly at night. The hotel's food and beverages are average.

The hotel bar is great! Sydney, the main bartender, is amazing. The bar was very crowded and she did a fantastic job of managing everyone’s orders and needs.

I would have really loved my stay at The Westin, but while I was gone to an event, something was stolen out of my room! I assume housekeeping either took my item or threw it away. Either way, I am out of my expensive facial serum. I guess since it was so small, they thought I wouldn’t notice but I did! Security came and took my information but never followed back up with me!

The hotel was very nice, rooms large and very clean, front desk staff helpful. Camery at the front desk was amazing. The restaurant couldn’t accommodate us for breakfast so he helped with an excellent recommendation and was just so friendly. The location was excellent since we were here for the eclipse.

Experience is really ruined by constantly having to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator every time you return to the hotel. We were in town for the women’s final four and the line for the elevators every time was unbearable. The rooms are a good size with nicely updated bathrooms. But I would never stay here again unless they get their elevator game figured out.
