Wyndham Cleveland Airport

The tv didn't work in the room but they promptly gave me a different room. The staff here is very professional.

The heat wasn't working, had to switch rooms, the heat worked fairly. I had 3 rooms. All rooms had problems with hot water. None of the rooms were cleaned. Fitness venter was unavailable.

My check in process was terrible. The employee yelled in front of everyone that my card was declining when she indeed was using the wrong card.

No hot water for six days - no room service unless requested and even then didn't get - last change of room one of the reception staff cleaned the room before I moved in and freshened it the next day. One of the lights in each of the bathrooms didn't work - no working telephone in one room - changed room three times each time being told the problems had been fixed. I was in Cleveland on business and arrived back at the hotel at 11pm and left 7.30am and each night was promised hot water etc:but next morning cold water. The last night the night manager and the maintenance man managed to give me hot water but the noise from the pipes was so horrendous I would not have been able to sleep. I was assured the noise would only happen for five minutes. That was true but when it stopped, so did the hot water and I again, showered in cold water. There are so many maintenance problems with the hotel. I heard many people complaining about cold water but they were only staying for one night and the staff were very discreet in thanking them for their input and they would let maintenance know. as I didn't see any service staff, I'm not sure I even had clean sheets in each room as they were all wrinkled.I will putting my complaints on social media and will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel again. I had hoped for some kind of recompense but none has come through and in fact they charged me more than the quoted price for three of my siz night stay. Altogether an ugly experience

The restaurant wasn't open. Only 1 chef who was out ill. The fitness center was closed

It had what we needed. Long term parking, shuttle to the airport, quiet, and friendly staff.
