I paid $50 for valet which is overpriced, all for the skinny valet girl to steal out my car.

We want to show our appreciation for Tatiana! We entered the Metropolitan 9 with no real expectation of being able to see the vaults, and were surprised and amazed to not only get to see them, but get a guided tour as well. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for being such an exceptional guide. You were kind and professional. Thank you for helping to making our trip to Cleveland such a memorable experience!

My husband and I had a brief but very enjoyable stay at the Metropolitan. Tatianna at the front desk was exceptional and has a delightful demeanor. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful. This set us up for a great experience. We were pleased to be allowed a very early checkin as well as receiving a room upgrade. The hotel has a lot of character. Our room was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. The valet service was fast. We thought that service at breakfast could have been friendlier and the food was only fair. It’s in a good location, within walking distance of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Check-in was clumsy and not at all a high end experience unfortunately. Room was nothing at all special. Everything felt heavily used and abused - visibly not well taken care of in my opinion. Best part of the stay was the overpriced but friendly and fast valet staff. Won't ever be coming back to this property unless it changes hands or gets remodeled/refreshed.
