連續住了7晚，服務人員不錯，但衞生一般，空調有噪音，通風系統不行，又不能開窗，導致不舒服

#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Location, Nearby Activities, Nearby Restaurants, Value for Money; 酒店新、干净，有全套厨房，配简易早餐，房间宽敞，布局合理。酒店对面是Rite Aid 药房，里面日用品，除了鲜蔬果，其它都有，非常方便。酒店离开Cleveland Clinic 和Cleveland Art Museum 只需步行10分钟，地理位置优越。美术馆边上是个小湖泊，环境优美。开车10分钟有大型美超David和亚超顶好

但是有一個吧台有洗手台
設施都蠻好的
注意房間沒有牙膏 雖然可以call前台問有沒有牙膏
離博物館很近 這點很不錯

Enjoyed my one night stay. Up to date. Maybe 4-5mes from downtown which was a plus. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower wld stay again.

Front desk staff were so warm and friendly. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. My daughter and I were there for a wedding that afternoon. When I asked for an early check in, front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel because of the Cleveland clinic. It's so convenient within walking distance yet not in the main chaos of the clinic. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so great. The manager Brett is so helpful and accommodating and always answers any email inquiries promptly. The food at the bar is great along with the daily specials. We will be staying again more than once in the near future and so glad we have this option. I would stay here even if I wasn't going to the clinic, it's a nice area.

Came for work event at Case Western. Hotel was nearby Museum of Art and Botanical Gardens. Got to enjoy a very nice suite and good breakfast included. Incredibly friendly staff at the font desk and at breakfast. Parking in the garage in back was easy. Thank you for the great stay.
