Stayed for 7 consecutive nights. The service staff was good, but the hygiene was average. The air conditioner was noisy, the ventilation system was not good, and the windows could not be opened, which caused discomfort.

#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Location, Nearby Activities, Nearby Restaurants, Value for Money; The hotel is new and clean, with a full kitchen, simple breakfast, spacious rooms and a reasonable layout. Opposite the hotel is the Rite Aid pharmacy, which contains daily necessities, except for fresh fruits and vegetables, which is very convenient. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Cleveland Clinic and the Cleveland Art Museum, and the location is excellent. Next to the art gallery is a small lake with a beautiful environment. 10 minutes by car, there are large American Super League David and Asian Super Super League Ding Hao

The hotel room is quite small, which is surprising But there is a bar with a sink Facilities are pretty good Note that there is no toothpaste in the room, although you can call the front desk to ask if there is any toothpaste Very close to the museum

This was the perfect place for my two young boys and I to spend the long weekend in Cleveland! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And the early opening pool and delicious breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day.

The property was very clean, stylish, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic if you're going to Cleveland Clinic, with it being a 1 minute drive or a 5 or 6 minute walk

The room is nice and big. Love the kitchen. Parking is good but need to pay for it. Love the gym. Love the staff service. Breakfast should be updated. Scrambled eggs and Sandwiches are not fresh. Would be great if they provide some salad. Grocery nearby is not convenient.

There were no major problems, but the room was simply average. The room was very small compared to other Residence Inns. The shower had mildew in the seams around the edges. Not bad, just not what I'd expect at a Marriott.

Very comfortable beds and bedding. Great room layout. Nice and comfortable room. Looked to be new or upgraded.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Up to date. Maybe 4-5mes from downtown which was a plus. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower wld stay again.

Very nice hotel! Very close to downtown Cleveland without the noise of being downtown.

THe fromt desk staff were realy helpful telling us how to use the shuddle to the Clinic, where was the best place get dinner & breakfast. Also the hotel engineer came to oyr resque. Parking very easy! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back in February!!

Every staff member we met was happy, inviting and kind. Ty, Mimi, and Monique need a special shout-out. All of Cleveland impressed us but if we come back, we know we will stay here again.

Liked size of room, the way the tv swiveled toward bed or living room area, kitchen good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.
