Traveling to Cleveland clinic for medical appts. Proximity and shuttle service to appts is appreciated. Pleasant, quiet, safe environment when 6 hrs. from home. My Great newphew’s flat Stanley traveled with us!

Shower has a lot of mold in it. Requested an extra blanket twice. Did not get one.

This hotel is near Cleveland Clinic . It is very clean , very well staffed and has everything that one would need for either a short overnight visit or a longer extended visit. We have stayed here many times and we’ve had positive experiences each time !

Great place. Location and staff are wonderful! Location is very convenient to Cleveland Hospital and the staff and facilities are great. Restaurant is also wonderful! We were very impressed with the overall experience and the quality of our stay!

The staff treat you with respect and kindness. If you are making a return trip they remember you and treat you to a huge smile and a Welcome Back. Valet parking is a distinct advantage as is the shuttle to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are clean, the pool is great. Having laundry facilities is a plus.

Place was nice clean, upbeat and friendly environment. The valet parking guy was kinda aggressive with made me frustrated especially as soon as I walk in the door of the hotel, and I haven’t even checked it.
