Traveling to Cleveland clinic for medical appts. Proximity and shuttle service to appts is appreciated. Pleasant, quiet, safe environment when 6 hrs. from home. My Great newphew’s flat Stanley traveled with us!

I stayed a week while my husband was in ICU at Cleveland Clinic. It is so convenient to be able to walk back and forth to the hospital or ride the shuttle if needed. Everyone at the hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my room as well. Would definitely recommend.

The room was large( queen suite) and the view was awesome . I enjoyed the view very much after a long day at the clinic and able to sit in the recliner and relax and look out to the lake. The Moce restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time that I have stayed here. Very comfortable and nice.

The accommodation was very clean (except maybe the keurig) and convenient. Amenities were fantastic. Location to Cleveland Clinic was convenient. Shuttle service was a plus. I was able to relax and unwind the night before spending the day going from one post op appoin**ent to the next and beyond.

The people at the check-in desk were absolutely so kind. The hotel was meticulously, clean and super convenient to the appoin**ents. We were there to attend. So grateful for the courtesy, cleanliness and proximity. I wish there was an option for a free grab and grow breakfast because the hotel is a little pricey

Better than most Holiday Inns. Convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Main complaint: should provide water bottles in the room. Every o ther hotel I've stayed at provides 2 to 4 water bottles in the room.

The hotel and room are clean and modern. Every employee I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. The resturant and bar area is open and airy with a welcoming spirit. I have zero complaints and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting the Cleveland Clinic.
