The hotel was nice. That being said, there was a wedding party right next door that partied until 4 in the morning. In addition to that the hotel also charged my credit card twice so now Ive spent over 30 minutes of my time trying to get a refund.

Just came from a quick overnight visit from this property. The highlight of this stay was how comfortable the beds were! When I arrived, I received amazing service from the man at the front desk while checking in (his name escapes me but it was about 3:30pm on April 20th). The overall hotel service was incredible. I did miss the wine hour because of an event I needed to attend. Finally, the valet service was the best I’ve experienced in years. The assistant manage Nicholi, Pierce, and Albert made us feel welcomed from when we first arrived to even when we left, also addressing all of my fiancé’s concerns. I do adore this location and have added it to my list of go-to’s the next time I’m in the area.

This was my first stay at a Kimpton hotel. Bravo, I say. I loved the entry, with the open fire conversation pit. Also my room and bathroom were nicely decorated. Food at the hotel was very delicious, although service was slow, albeit friendly. The rather sour-seeming group of valet parking staff at the entrance was somewhat off-putting, though individual members were helpful.

This was a really nice stay. The staff is really great and friendly and caring. The shower water pressure and the comfort of the bed are two of the most important things to me and both were great. I also love that the TV actually had full cable not just apps so that I was able to watch what I wanted when I wanted. The cleaning was fine but the room was at the point where a deep clean was really needed as there was just some mildew in the bathroom and the walls were getting dingy. Overall, I would stay again because the pros outweigh the cons.

I was there for two nights stay. The first night the heating in the room didn’t work, which was problematic due to the fact that it was below 5° outside. However, I did let the desk know, and it was taken care of while I was away for my second night. There was a bunch of scuffing on the paint in the rooms. Is also my opinion that the valet cost per night were quite excessive.

Beautiful lobby and the rooms were nice. We found a blood stain on the sheets and there was no microwave in the room. Turns out there isn't even a microwave in the lobby. The staff were nice enough to let me use the one in their office. I'd recommend walking half a block and parking in the lot yourself instead of paying the ridiculously overpriced valet service. Great location if you're going to an event at the field or Field House.

Nicoli went above and beyond at every encounter! At the valet he was friendly, courteous and professional. We felt like we were in good hands. At one point he was inside and helped me get coffee when the urn was empty. He is dedicated and committed to the work he does and seems to just be a good human!

I must write and compliment the outstanding valet mgr Nickoli at the Kimpton Schoefield. He was so sharp, extremely professional, and took such good care of us each and every time we entered the hotel lobby. His observation of the guests needs went above and beyond! Nicholi was making things happen all over the place and helped make us feel like we were truly being taken care of. He is the best in the biz. The hotel only got to a 5 star review from me because of how Nicholi treated us walking in and out the door.
