For a 3 star it’s really limited…
Elevator broken room on 3rd floor
An extremely small room I think no more than 9 m2

Impossible to pee properly on the toilet because the wall is too close we have to stand on the side and I point out that I am small so imagine my husband!
Extremely loud woken up at 7am even with my earplugs...
At 10 a.m. the cleaning lady knocks on the door
We had the feeling that we had to leave quickly...
Trace of cigarette burn on the work surface for a non-smoking room…
In short, I won't go back

Es war sehr angenehm an diesem Ort. Alle waren sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Mein Zimmer war recht klein aber dennoch völlig ok. Außerdem sehr sauber wo ich speziellen Wert drauf lege.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss war demnach sensationell und ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen und natürlich auch weiterempfehlen.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel. It’s nice, clean with a friendly staff. Parking available against payement. Use of swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness is a plus! Breakfast is not super but still ok!

A pleasant stay but with one small flaw. We stayed at this hotel for a few days and I must say I cannot complain about the breakfast, spa, room etc. service. The staff was really nice except for the woman at reception who didn't give us a good welcome: she seemed annoyed that we asked her to repeat what she was saying because she spoke in French and in too low a voice and we, being foreigners, had to work twice as hard to understand because she didn't help us in making herself understood. Also, she did not give us clear information about the facility, she just looked down on us as if we were aliens. He was annoyed by our questions and answered us in sarcastic but unpleasant tones. I think that in this industry, kindness and courtesy should be the first key. Unfortunately, she did not give us this good impression. The rest of the staff kind and polite thankfully!
