Pour un 3 étoiles c est vraiment limite…
Ascenseur en panne chambre au 3 eme étage
Une chambre extrêmement petite je pense pas plus de 9 m2

Impossibilité de faire pipi correctement sur le toilette car le mur est trop près on est obligé de se mettre sur le côté et je précise que je suis petite donc imaginez mon mari !
Extrêmement bruyant réveillé à 7 h du matin même avec mes bouchons d oreilles …
A 10 h la dame de ménage qui frappe à la porte
Nous avons eu le sentiment qu il fallait vite qu on parte …
Trace de brûlure de cigarette sur le plan de travail pour une chambre non fumeur …
bref je n y retournerai pas
Cependant je dois souligner que le personnel était accueillant et la chambre était propre

Hôtel très agréable, propre avec de très belles chambres, personnel accueillant disponible et très serviable. Je recommande. Le petit déjeuner correcte.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel. It’s nice, clean with a friendly staff. Parking available against payement. Use of swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness is a plus! Breakfast is not super but still ok!

A pleasant stay but with one small flaw. We stayed at this hotel for a few days and I must say I cannot complain about the breakfast, spa, room etc. service. The staff was really nice except for the woman at reception who didn't give us a good welcome: she seemed annoyed that we asked her to repeat what she was saying because she spoke in French and in too low a voice and we, being foreigners, had to work twice as hard to understand because she didn't help us in making herself understood. Also, she did not give us clear information about the facility, she just looked down on us as if we were aliens. He was annoyed by our questions and answered us in sarcastic but unpleasant tones. I think that in this industry, kindness and courtesy should be the first key. Unfortunately, she did not give us this good impression. The rest of the staff kind and polite thankfully!

Absolutely lovely place to stay and ideal to reach everywhere popular in centre of paris. Spa jacuzzi is absolutely fantastic
