Very charming, atypical hotel with a jacuzzi in the basement. The bedding is remarkable and the decor is top notch… big downside on the breakfast which is not in line with the rest… lack of homemade products and the bare minimum… no more, no less and not very attractive…

Stay made with a smartbox Small room, doubtful cleaning: pay found under the bed, dust not cleaned, toilet flushing not working very well. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant and the SPA is great. I suggest providing bathrobes when going to the SPA.

Comfortable hotel. Room size sufficient for the price. Efficient and friendly welcome. I appreciated that the room was visited daily with clean towels added if needed and bed made. The other big advantage is the proximity to the metro.

Very disappointed. Jacuzzi inaccessible because work is underway outside we were not notified. The person who received us was not pleasant at all, we had the impression of disturbing him
In the room when we arrived, the windows were wide open hidden by the curtain because of the very strong smell of cigarettes, the sheets were impregnated with the smell, the smell was so strong, unacceptable with a 9 month old baby.
We had a condom wrapper on the floor so worrying to find it there if the cleaning was done.
A lot of noise, especially the toilet flushing in our room.
When we left, the person was much more pleasant and bothered for us because being received in this way is unacceptable. We travel a lot, I have never been so disappointed. No calls to apologize from management or commercial gestures.
Very disappointed because I trusted the good grades and the jacuzzi I didn't have the chance to enjoy these two things.

We booked one night with PDJ in the suite with 45 minutes of access to the private spa. The hotel is located not even 5 minutes from the metro, the room was clean and spacious and the PDJ correct. As for the spa, which was renovated, relaxation is guaranteed! I recommend this hotel :)

Hotel is situation close to a metro stop which can take you directly into central Paris. The room was small but clean and the staff were friendly.

Room was not the room we paid for. When we did get our room that we paid for, the heater was not working, had to wait for the next day to get it working. Live spiders and webs were in the corner of the room close to the bed. You can tell they have been there for quite a while. One bottle of water was given to us two people for 3 days. I asked for another bottle and they refused to give us another bottle, staff very unfriendly and accommodating. No tissues, broken chain lock for extra security at night. Room for hanging clothes, luggage was very limited, no drawers, I wouldn't class this hotel a three star. You want an honest opinion, save your money to something better and better staff.
