Absolutely wonderful.
PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning.
CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem.
Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

Hotel very well located. Charming setting. Very friendly and professional staff. Room with good bedding but lack of furniture, no wardrobe or chair, the only downside.

As often happens abroad, the declared category is significantly lower than reality. Here we are in a normal three star hotel with several points to improve. Really small room for a double; the bathroom really sacrificed with a sink suitable for children. Furthermore, there was no courtesy kit available in the bathroom nor was there a minibar in the room. In the room, no wardrobe but only a sort of clothes hanger which is insufficient for two people but after all there is not even a place to store your luggage. Finally, a really poor breakfast: a very small buffet (sweet and savory) with hot drinks only from an automatic machine (do not select a Cappuccino as it is undrinkable, coffee milk is better)

YAC is new and clean with a great staff and friendly service. The price is a good value. However, it is definitely no frills place very low on in room amenities. Small rooms, no work space and not even a chair to sit to get work done. Only paper cups, they did not provide clean towels and no power outlets in the bathroom area. Having said that, the breakfast was nice but not great and they do have adequate work space in the lobby and breakfast area. the exercise room was small with only one treadmill but it was clean. One morning, my shower did not work and I had to rush down to shower in the exercise room shower. We never did figure out why the shower dis not work and when I got back to the room the shower was on.
The hotel is one year old and the staff were tremendously friendly. The location in Clichy is not convenient to many Paris attractions and restaurants but Uber was very easy for me. My airport Uber was about 55 Euros. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, very modern and nicely decorated. Our room was compact but perfectly large enough, the walk in shower was nice and it was very quiet. We also had a large balcony, facing in, which was pleasant to sit out on, given we had fabulous weather, with a glass of wine.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a metro station a few minutes away which makes getting into the centre (about half an hour) very easy. We would certainly stay again.

2 days in this hotel with friends, I can say only good things about it, great welcome, super professional staff, varied and good breakfast, pleasant swimming pool sauna area, and parking not far from the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is very new
