Great hotel with a good view on the city

Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

Brand new, very clean and modern deco without being geeky. Room was a decent size, overlooking the park and the bathroom as good as they come. Breakfast was really impressive.

Excellent hotel, good location, excellent for a stroll in beautiful Central Park. Close to old downtown.

We chose Radisson Blu Cluj for our wedding celebration in June 2024. We've worked with the event coordinator Raul. We had high expectations and I am happy to confirm that these were all met and exceeded. In terms of Service and Staff, Radisson Blu Cluj is, in our experience, absolute top location in Romania at the moment and a true 5-star experience. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and often go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. We received a lot of attention from the staff but this was always unintrusive yet highly professional. Even when we had special recommendations, these were dealt with in a timely and professional matter. In terms of food and catering, we've received many compliments for the wedding menu. This was one of the highlights of the event. All dietary needs were met, the menu combined traditional elements with modern interpretations and generally the choices are are varied enough for all tastes. A nice touch is that food is served with white gloves. In terms of accommodation, the hotel is a true 5-star experience. We've had multiple rooms for family and guests ranging from standard to suite and everything in between. All were quiet, exceptionally clean and the have the absolute most comfortable beds. We event went as far as asking for the contact details of their supplier - the beds are the most comfortable ones you will find in Romania. We've stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels across Europe and this one is currently the absolute top, rivalling the more expensive and higher tier Radisson Collection. Overall an amazing experience, we felt very spoiled and we are already looking forward to the next trip to Radisson Blu Cluj. Considering the price, this is extremely high value for money.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, except during the Untold Festival when the surrounding areas become busy and noisy due to ongoing construction work and equipment. The room was medium-sized with no balcony. Unfortunately, the mini bar was noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep. The breakfast was quite expensive, and I found the coffee to be both dull and overpriced. There is no spa available, and the gym is the tiniest I've ever seen in a hotel.

Wonderful place. People are nice and involved in resolving any request. The breakfast is a real experience. The location is excellent. It's a new hotel.
