Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful part of Italy. Our room had brilliant views over the lake. Perfectly comfortable and clean room. Outstanding staff always ready to do that little bit extra for guests, excellent food and generous breakfast buffet. You do need a car (or at least a bike) though to get into town.

The worst hotels I have ever found in my life, not so much for the look, but for staff and management. We book for Easter 3 rooms of which 2 triple plus 3 culles and 1 single with dinner included, we arrive in the morning where a boy at the reception confirms that dinner was there despite all the scripts that Sunday was closed. At 19:00 we go down for dinner and nobody considers us, we wait almost 40 minutes and decide to address the girl in the reception who tells us that the restaurant is closed and that he couldn't give us anything because he had a broken machine, It's 20 minutes, the time we're looking for a Pascua restaurant for 11 people, the girl comes back and tells us that we could have dinned with appetites!?????!? With three children under two years I don't think I agree. We sleep in 4 beds in a double bed because the cock was not given us, a hell night, a ****** absurd. We went to breakfast in the morning where a family unknown to us complained because at 1 p.m. they were forced to change not one but two rooms. We are very unhappy and we ask for a refund, a refund refused by the holder with so many lies reported in a written mail. We were even accused of having enjoyed a bottle of unpaid water, I wonder where I could have taken it, because the refrigerator bar was not present in the rooms, and we were told that we were injured during breakfast, But we were not. Comodo Ostello sito a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lovere,gode di una meravigliosa vista lago...camera semplice ma ben pulita con un comodo bagno,ottima l'insonorizzazione della stanza,in quanto zona di passaggio auto...colazione molto buona e abbondante, a buffet...in ogni piano c'è una terrazza vista lago dove potersi rilassare...personale gentilissimo.

Good everyone , Fantastic welcome , friendly staff and prepared , clean rooms . Breakfast with buffet without missing anything , very good ! The restaurant is very good with full and abundant meals , in the heart of Francecorta with countless cantines to visit for the lovers of wine and especially the buffets . Compliments , from the direction to the reception to cleaning and kitchen . I don't understand some reviews! Good to come back

Awesome scenery, the room size is small. It is difficult to pass after opening the big box. The hotel is building a new swimming pool. Because it is difficult to go to other places to eat, dinner is expensive.
