A beautiful, romantic, relaxed place with beautiful, friendly, consummately professional staff. Our lake view room was perfect, had everything one could want, and was kept immaculately by the the cleaning staff. Our stay was made especially wonderful by all the hardworking hotel staff, the bar staff and receptionists, including the lovely sisters Julia, Elena, and Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro, and Raoul, who seranaded us on the piano on our last evening after serving us Franciacorta, the delicious local wine.
