Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs

The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the food choices in and around the property were many and varied. When I first arrived there was an incident that occurred outside the hotel that spilled over into it. The staff reacted right away and security was on top of it. Despite the chaos, Abbey at the front desk completed my check in and recognized I was having a bad day, too. The airline had lost my luggage. She was great and did everything she could to accommodate me. I highly recommend the Kimpton Rowan at Palm Springs.

Excellet location and service

This hotel is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with great service (especially from the valet team) and a very nice rooftop pool. It's in a great location and was thoughtfully designed, with good food at the restaurants. Where it falls short a little bit is all of the prices. It feels boutique but there really isn't any reason to justify the $50/day resort "fee" and the $20 drinks at the pool. The only water you get in the room is an $8 bottle. The M&M's at the mini bar in the room are $7. There is no microwave. It's like they want you to eat dinner at the restaurant every night. So yeah, in some ways the price was justified, and in some ways it wasn't. Maybe I'm not fancy enough for this place.

Everything was in walking distance for walking around downtown Palm Springs. Will be back!

Great place to stay for a weekend away. Great amenities. Comfortable and socious room. Loved that they offered almond milk with the free lobby coffee in the morning. The heavily used pool seemed like it could use a cleaning. More shade cover on the deck and misters would have been nice. Food is overpriced at the pool bar and quality just ok.

I’ve been coming to the Rowan Palm Springs Hotel often, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The entire team is incredible, but I want to extend special gratitude to Ramon Gutierrez, the manager of the High Bar restaurant. Ramon gives 100% to his work and treats every guest with exceptional care. He pays attention to every little detail, making sure everyone feels important. Thank you so much, Ramon. You’re absolutely the best!

Just had a wonderful stay in the San Jacinto suite 501! Gorgeous room with breathtaking floor to ceiling views! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, was that there was extremely loud jack hammer demolition going on in the pool area which made it a horrible day by the pool. That being said, They comped our second night, and were very apologetic. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and even sent some wine and goodies to our room for our birthdays! Hotel is very clean, has quite a few nice amenities, coffee bar in the morning, beer and wine social hour everyday at 4:00, and is centrally located in Palm Springs! One thing they might want to improve upon is the lighting in the bathroom. Very dark, and hard for hair and makeup. Looking forward to returning next year!!!! Thank you Chloe and Ahmed!

Right next to downtown. Perfect location if you want to be in the mix. Pool is not extremely family friendly. But pleased with our experience.
