Staying in this hotel is quite enjoyable. Although I took it not with breakfast. I happened to stay here because it was cheap and also close to the sate building (15 minutes walk). The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable and quiet because it is not on the roadside, plus there is a place to eat in front of the hotel also around a lot of janitors. So it's not a problem for my rubber stomach. Overall good, facilities are also ok. I'm sorry I didn't try the pool because I didn't have time.

When I checked in, I was asked to wait while they were checking the room. After waited more than 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that I could enter the room. Some of my complains:
1. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom
2. The handle of shower is broken (not attached properly as the inside part of it is teared off)
3. The tap output channel was broken, this effects the stream is quite powerful as there is no filter to hold the stream
4. I booked a double bed, however it was 2 twin bed that become 1 bed.
However, the hotel staff was pretty kind to give me 2 additional complimentary drinks.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the event that we attended. Hotel staffs were very courteous. We checked in and did not check the bathroom facilities. We went out for the event and back at midnight. When I took a shower I realized the top shower did not work and i hated to call the servicemen to fix it, so i showered from the lower faucet like a kampung boy, so did my wife. The next morning it was fixed. The bathroom did not have proper venting system so the sweaty shirt we hung and the toilet smells very obvious and last longer. Breakfast was average. The swimming pool was dissapointing since the smokers can smoke in the facility and also people without proper swimming cloth can wear so in the swimming pool. You know singlet like the one in the attached photo can bring lot of diseases to other swimmers. Hopefully you can fix this.

VvangelislorcaIt was the sorrowful time every time I go to Bandung I always stayed at The Palais Hotel Dago, a never disappointing experience! Like my second home to stop in Bandung. The staff is very friendly and polite, the hotel is still very nice, it used to look like a boutique hotel that is still well maintained until now, and of course the room size is very large even for the deluxe king size bed (the most type standard udh ok ). I checked in late at night around 2am, still got warm welcome, then got a room on the 3rd floor at no 306 right in front of the elevator, no noise, not disturbed at all until co time, essentially this hotel is not noisy. Like at home. The bathroom is clean, wide, and the marble is still solid, Include Hair dryer as well. Bed super comfy, other plus points: The car will be washed and it's free of charge.

GGuest Userlast minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

NNazaSidekAfter reading all the reviews, I decided to take my chances by booking this hotel and it pays off. Simply put it, we had a great time here. Especially on how inexpensive we paid for the rooms. Room were well maintained. Spacious too. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Nice breakfast served daily. On the negative side, they should provide iron for usage by the patron instead of charging us for ironing our clothes.

Aarifnugroho_adiI stayed for three days and I was able to explore Cihampelas during the day and enjoy the comfort of my room during the night. It was an enjoyable experience. For a solo traveler, the hotel has a great value for money. It's hard to find other properties with such a great location and value for money for a solo traveler. It has all the amenities you need, the staff was polite and efficient, and the breakfast was decent enough. However, If you're traveling with your family or with an entourage of more than three people, there are better properties nearby that could offer more value for money and more amenities with the same level of comfort.

Hhandi_suyadiOriginally wanted to stay across the street which was Serela, but because the overbook (two of Serela and Traveloka) was forced to move to Green Batara. Unfortunately, there were still rooms in Green Batara. Unexpectedly, the room booked by Serela was a standard room with a large twin bed. Can fit for 4 people and quite large. Rather useless at that time because I only stayed alone. Honey, the interior (both the room and bathroom) is a bit old though the hotel is not too old. There is also a free WI-FI facility in the room with inconsistent signal quality. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The depth in the room is quite bad. When I was able to hear people talking from the next room through to the room at night. Fortunately the sound from outside did not pass into the room. Because no breakfast, there was no breakfast menu review. The hotel lobby is mixed with the waiting place for passengers who want to travel X-Trans. The consequences, the special seats in the lobby area are limited. It seems that it is not a serious problem, anyway, the passengers are not so much and do not bother the hotel guests. For those who are going to stay in Green Batara, it is best not to bring a car because the parking area is limited. Although the facilities tend to be limited, this hotel is enough for sleeping. More suitable for people who often go out.

RrickyThe location is very strategic, can be reached from any direction, the rooms are quite big, but equipment such as amenities is very lacking, you have to ask for towels, the water is not hot enough, the room door sometimes doesn't lock, there are no bathroom mats, pillowcases and the towels are too dirty
