We stayed for three days in this establishment. We enjoyed our balcony room overlooking the Moselle River. Room was comfortable. The hotel as staff was very friendly and the breakfast served each morning in the restaurant was exceptional. The food served in the Das Meyer restaurant was also very good. We thank the staff for their hard work and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and restaurant if you will be staying in Cochem.

Es war ein sehr erholsames und schönes Wochenende. Geniale Frühstückszeiten für Langschläfer. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt zentral , die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und das Frühstück reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Schade dass das Lokal nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer und direkt an der Moselpromenade. Das Auto parkt man am besten im Parkhaus das in direkter Nähe liegt. Das einzige was im Sommer problematisch werden könnte, wäre das keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Bei offenen Fenster wird es was laut. Frühstück war auch super und am Wochenende ist das Buffet für Langschläfer bis 13 Uhr geöffnet.

Positives: clean, modern, nice balcony, near the river promenade. Nice hospitable features in room. Close to the action of the city.
Negatives: The room didn’t seem to have air conditioning but may have been controlled by the hotel if it was present. We opened the balcony doors to let the cool air in but that let in the noise of clanking of pots/pans from the restaurant below.
The hotel experience itself was mostly run by the computer to check in and out with little interaction from staff.
