It’s very noisy but there is eye plugs provided. The shower is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Only thing that can hear all the cars and trucks. Also can hear the next room.
The reception is very friendly.
The room is a bit old, but all good for everything.

A comfortable room, internet TV, good shower though the high step over to enter shower is not very good for elderly.
Nice bed, pool etc.

Property is adjacent to the highway running through Coffs. HGVs run past the property and our room was at the end of the "block", just 20 metres from the road. It was noisy. Other rooms further away may not have had this problem. Ear plugs were supplied (thus recognising that there is a noise problem) but the other observation of the area is that there are a lot of motels on the same street. Most seemed to be a little further back than the end room we had at the Matador. The room size was good. The air con worked beautifully after a hot day in the car and the pool was nice and refreshing for a cool down.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to delay a booking for one night very late in the day because of a family issue and they were totally understanding. This place is ideal for a quick overnight stop, being right next door to the highway. Great motel.

Great stay , all you could ask for. The room is very clean and well equipped. Location is great , close to all the shops and easy to get back on the main road ro continue trip.

Very comfortable room, with enough space for a couple. Fittings such as microwave, toaster, jug etc is a great help and bedding comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but extremely clean and good shower. The entire establishment is very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Would stay again. Easy to town, Highway and airport.
