First of all, the hotel does not have wifi in the room, you can only connect to public wifi, the signal is very poor, and the room is located in a remote location, the mobile phone card has no signal at all, this is the biggest thunder. Second, the hygiene is ordinary. I heard from a colleague that there were three or four cockroaches in his room, and I didn't sleep well all night. . .

It is more like a chalet instead of a resort room. The room was very run down but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. It does not have a reception setup because Charlesworth is just an sublease operator of a big resort with some rooms. And, the check in after 8pm was a problem. At the end, I had to spend a lot of overseas phone calls and messages to settle the check in.

My car was scratched in the hotel parking lot, and the hotel refused to call in surveillance cameras, cooperate with the investigation, or compensate for the damage. Bugs were flying everywhere. Is this hotel worth staying in?
