Not the best but not the worst stayed so far in hotels in India. Not sure about the location and facilities as i only spend 2 nights there and i didnt venture out. Quiet and small room. No comment on the cleanliness. Prefer water to be in plastic capped bottle instead of glass bottle with paper seal, which is supplied.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room layout was the same as other Ibis hotels. The bed sheets had been washed, but there were several stains on them. I was disappointed that there were no disposable slippers. I guess it's a policy not to provide disposable slippers for Ibis hotels. This may be the standard for a 3 Star hotel.

We went Ibis for family trip. Rooms are so clean and neat well maintained also . Food and drinks was so good we had a buffet In the lunch it's was so good. All dishes are so delicious. And have to talk about the restaurant service all the staffs are so friendly and helpful. We loved our entire stay.

Ibis coimbatore is a first time experience,,,,,,, we were 4 Rooms took All the rooms are so clean and good. Fragrance also refreshing vibe, Food was so delicious We ordered a drink that's also awesome.... Friendly service staff and helpful.

About to Mention here The Restaurant team was so helpful and friendly at all the moments, Food was so good we loved the breakfast buffet. Cocktail which we got amezing too . Rooms are clean and filled with pleasant smell overall we have enjoyed a lot in ibis Coimbatore

Came for a training in Coimbatore, the room was very comfortable and the hotel staffs were very friendly and they took care specially agalya and Vinoth in restaurant were too gud . I stayed for 5 days, I felt like my home. Thank u team the food was so tasty and they served on time.. .

The hotel was very comfortable for 2 people in a room, the rates they offered is very reasonable. The service staffs in restaurant was so warm and friendly, darsan suggested us a good menu for dinner and the food was so tasty and ther served as quick as. Breakfast we had was god spread and the pongal was yummy.. will stay againe..thank you team

Good hotel with value for money . Near the lakshmi mills junction . Rooms were compact and good . As a welcome amenity had some fruits in my room which was so nice … hotel has a restaurant and bar also . Did not have any food during my stay . Rooms were well maintained .

Madeshwaran housekeeping - BSC catering, is the best I have seen. I have stayed for over 13 days July 25-Aug 10, 2024, at IBIS Coimbatore center and my experience with this staff is incredible. He should be immediately elevated to front desk reception desk and customer service interaction roles with the necessary internal training. IBIS will significantly benefit while providing growth opportunities to Madeshwaran. He has the customer focus, and goes out of his way to take care of the business. Room service was done well and good. Mr. Rajiv cleaned the room and replaced the pillow cover and bedsheet neatly and also the washroom was cleaned well. The water bottle and glasses were kept clean. Thank you for the cleanliness maintained by the hotel and Mr. Rajiv.
