Na nossa estadia prevista para 4 dias e que se resumiu, simplesmente a uma noite, a única coisa que nos agradou foi o simpático atendimento por parte do rececionista e a celeridade com que resolveu a nossa angústia, de um programado fim de semana prolongado, que vimos cancelado pelas péssimas condições físicas do apartamento n°7. A vontade de abandonar o apartamento que nos foi atribuído surgiu ao abrir a porta, com o cheiro nauseabundo que emanou. Cheiro a fossa que se espalhava por todo o apartamento. O quarto não foi sequer utilizado devido às más condições que aparentavam as roupas da cama, completamente amachucadas, e uma cama que nos foi "vendida" como King Size quando não passavam de dois estrados e dois colchões, fracos, encostados. Podendo enumerar mais itens importantes, vou relevar a gordura acumulada nos armários da kitchnette e as manchas nas cortinas da sala. Nada coincidia com o que nos foi mostrado nas fotos do Booking, através do qual reservamos. Tenho fotos que comprovam a avaliação.

Nice spot, nice pool, nice apartment and nice beach very close. The staff was friendly and polite. I recommend for couples or family that wants to have a nice spot to chill on the beach or to visit the Sintra castles such as Pina palace, that are close.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here, and don’t trust the reviews that say otherwise! This place might have been great in the 90s, but that’s the last time anything was maintained and/or cleaned thoroughly.
Our first room was dark and filthy, and located on the maintenance side of the property. So we went to the front desk to ask to get moved since most rooms were sitting empty.
The second room was just as bad. Shower doors were falling off and the shower head was broken. The wooden closet smelled like it had been generously sprayed with fungicides, so we kept the windows open all day and all night. I swept the floor and picked up piles of hair and dirt. So nasty. Pillows were home made lumpy mystery bags and the mattress was easily from the 80s.
The pool area is gross and falling apart. Looks like a hepatitis breeding ground.
I repeat: Do not stay here.

An unsanitary apartment, mold in the bathroom, greasy furnished kitchen, hair in the beds, no comfort. A nightmare we stayed one night because it was so dirty. It's shameful to offer these lousy accommodations. And the swimming pool is public where we find a noisy summer camp, deckchairs and parasols for a fee, rotten railings.

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. View from balcony was lovely - overlooked the pool area and had a sea view. Pool was very large and clean with a water slide and a poolside bar. Best to pre-book a taxi as it cost €84 one way using the airport taxi but only €57 when pre-booking.

Reception staff very helpful, lovely big clean pool with waterslide, pool bar snack bar. Guests are given sun beds in their chosen area for the duration of your stay which was nice. The area is very quiet so if you want a tourist area this is not for you. One small shop for supplies in walking distance. Room very basic, kitchenette but no tea cups, shower was broken and dribbled all night so we had to lay a towel to stop the sound, no air con. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the large pool area and had a sea view. We stayed for 3 nights which was long enough as nothing really to do in the area. Airport taxi cost €84 one way so best to pre-book which cost €57. Around 50 minute drive from the airport.
